You can reset your password yourself by sending a reset link to your email address that you used to create the account.
Sometimes an incorrectly typed email during account creation can happen. We will need to change your email for you. Send us a message over at email@example.com
Restart Gridwise and the startup instructions will now greet you:
- Tap Sign in
- Tap Forgot password?
- Enter your email address
- Tap Submit
- Close Gridwise and go to your email
Open your email address and find the password reset email:
- Find the reset email sent to your email inbox
- Click the reset link
- Enter your new password in both fields in the reset screen
- Tap Change My Password
- Sign in with your new password
