If you activated your free 7 day Gridwise Plus trial and still do not have Plus features enabled in your Gridwise app, then please follow the steps below. If you are not on a 7 day trial, but have already paid for and confirmed payment with your payment provider, please check out this article instead for instructions on trouble shooting Plus access.
- Make sure to check for the latest version of the Gridwise app by looking in the Apple app store if you are on iOS devices, and the Google play store if you are on Android devices.
- Force close your Gridwise app and restart your mobile device.
- Check to see if Plus has been enabled on your device.
